Meet Our Founder
With over 25 years of professional experience, director & founder, Jeanette has led high-stakes communications, marketing, fundraising, and leadership strategy across Canada, the UK, and the Caribbean. Her work has helped unlock funding, aligned boards, and reshaped governance cultures.
Black Table was born from her conviction that leaders shouldn’t have to fight for a seat-they should create their own. With a team of women subject-matter experts across strategy, governance, and leadership, she ensures every engagement is bold, practical, and transformative.
It was created because asking for a seat was never enough. We are proudly Black- and women-led, built on the belief that leadership should reflect the people it serves. At our table, underrepresented voices are amplified, subject-matter experts lead with courage, and organizations get results that last.
